Saltwater pools were clean and well maintained. The furniture in the apartment felt old and uncomfortable. Enjoyed the themed dinner nights and on-site mini market, but the kids club couldn't keep noise levels down. They also had live sports events, which was a nice touch.

The pools were a standout feature, especially with the saltwater system that felt refreshing and enjoyable, perfect for cooling off. Plus, the spacious areas around the pools ensured plenty of loungers available, which is a rarity in many hotels.
Despite the nice pool areas, our apartment showed signs of wear—definitely needing new paint and fresh curtains to make it feel more inviting. We noticed ants in the room, which could hint at a pest control problem, and the sofa bed was pretty much unusable, not the best for comfort. there were some maintenance issues, with cracked tiles near the pools that could be a tripping hazard. It would have been great to have a bit more variety in evening entertainment. bingo every night just doesn’t cut it for the whole family. All in all, some TLC would make a world of difference.

A Family-Friendly Oasis with Great Amenities!
Our stay was enjoyable despite minor issues. The pool area, while a bit chilly, was well-maintained and fun for the kids. The brightly lit dining area offered a cozy atmosphere for family dinners. I suggest requesting a room with daily cleaning for added comfort and fewer surprises.
