The pool area was heaps good for the kids, but the apartment was a bit dated and the towels took ages to change. Chur for the friendly staff!

Cheap food, overall great and brilliant place.

Clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was great near Corallejo city center and cafe & shops area, all the many beaches and restaurants and plenty of places to have a delicious pastry. Bright room with shower in bath, enthusiastic staff.

Nice building and rooms with basic cooking facilities etc.

Beds were rock hard.

Can't recommend highly enough for a city escape

Clean pool, cute staff, the outdoor dining area was a pleasant surprise for family meals.

location was great it was nice and peaceful. 3 lovely pools but very cold. staff very helpful.

originally had a room at the back of apts to far to walk asked to move to room nearer the reception allowed us to move 2 days later it was great no distance to reception at all. there are no working phones in the hotel if you have a problem you must go to reception yourself. tv 4 euro a day only 4 english channels 3 of them news. buffet food not great very few things to choose from.

as it had all facilities in one location,pool resturant,etc you didnt need to leave the complex, ideal for young families.

the pools were well cleaned and had plenty of sunbeds available. the wifi price per device is too high.

The pool area is a highlight, attracting families with its cleanliness and variety, while the spacious balcony overlooking the gardens offered a nice touch. The room felt somewhat dated and lacked sound insulation. A reasonable stay for a family vacation.

Oasis Duna was the worst place I have stayed in, on arrival we were greeted by six cockroaches in the appartment. With no phone in the appartment we had a five minute walk to reception to complain. There was no ac and no fans available to rent for a few days. Our electricity kept tripping. We were discusted by the condition of the place, paint was very dirty, electric fittings very poor and windows were a disaster to close and with no fly screan you could not leave them open anyway so it was stuffy all night with no ac or fan. We decided to rent the tv but it did not work, maintenance man came and could not fix it ! no signal in the block. We got a new appartment which had a phone, a fan and was definatly a lot cleaner. Staff were unhelpful and unpleasent except for the bar man in the pub who would make conversation with you. I would never return to these appartments again.

We loved the pools, big and clean, there were always spaces on sunbeds. Room was very clean and well equiped (just the phone was not working). The reception staff was very nice, especially Jose (very kind and always helpfull).

Just one lady from reception was not very nice, never really keen to help, we noticed other people having problems with her too (forgot her name but she was tall, short blond hair with glasses) - avoid her!

Saltwater pools were clean and well maintained. The furniture in the apartment felt old and uncomfortable. Enjoyed the themed dinner nights and on-site mini market, but the kids club couldn't keep noise levels down. They also had live sports events, a nice touch.
